1. In case we cannot make our presence in the conference?
The participant must inform with a valid reason. Certificates and proceedings will be sent by email or post.
2. Who are UG/PG Students/Faculties/Research Scholars (2950 INR)?
A batch of 2–5 members can participate. Each author gets certificate; the batch receives proceedings.
3. Who are UG/PG Students/Faculty/Research Scholar (2200 INR)?
Single author participation with certificate, hardcopy, softcopy and conference kit.
4. Difference between 2950 INR and 2200 INR categories?
2950 INR = Batch registration. 2200 INR = Single author registration.
5. Who is a registered author?
The author who submits the form and fee.
6. Presentation timing?
12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A.
7. What should participants bring?
College ID card and presentation (preferably pen drive).
8. Paper format?
IEEE or IJSIET format (single column Word preferred).
9. Will all papers be published in journals?
Yes. Scopus/WOS/SCIE/Annexure 1 → additional charges.
10. Scopus / Annexure 1 / SCIE publication?
Yes.
11. Criteria for Scopus/Annexure 1 publication?
Paper must satisfy journal standards. Review results will be notified.
12. Who is eligible for ₹20,000 Cash Award?
All registered participants.
13. Procedure for winning Cash Award?
Best Paper from each session → Excellent Paper → ₹20,000 Cash Prize.
