1. In case we cannot make our presence in the conference?
The candidate should inform the conference organization with valid reason in the registration form . In such case the conference certificate and proceedings will be sent to respective by Email or Post.
2. Who are UG/PG Students/Faculties/Research Scholar ( 2950 INR)?
A project batch can participate in the conference by paying 2950 INR. The batch may consist of 2 or 5 student/Faculties/Research Scholar , for additional authors they have to pay 500 INR each.
Each of the registered author will be getting a certificate and each batch will be getting the conference proceedings (Hardcopy and softcopy).
3.Who are UG/PG Student/Faculty/Research Scholar ( 2200 INR)?
Only one Author can participate in this category . They will be provided with certificates, one hard copy and soft copy of the conference proceedings and one kit.
Author(Student) will be receiving certificates and the conference proceedings.
4. What is the difference between the UG/PG students/Faculties/Research Scholars ( INR 2950) and UG/PG Student/Faculty/Research Scholar (INR 2200)?
UG/PG Student/Faculty/Research Scholar (INR 2000)
Here the members who are going to present their paper at the conference must pay a sum of Rs 2000 for the main author( compulsory) and each co authors shall pay Rs 1800 (Refer question 2 ).
The Cerificate, Kit and Proceeding( Hard copy and soft copy) will be provided to all the authors who are registered.
UG/PG students/Faculties/Research Scholar ( INR 2950)
Here the batch can participate in the conference by paying 2950 INR. The batch can consist of 2 or 5 student .
Authors(Students) will be receiving certificates, one hard copy and soft copy of the conference proceedings .This scheme is specially for Final year project .
5.Who is a Registered author ?
The author who submit the registeration form and fee.
6. What will be the presentation timing?
Twelve minutes for each presentation and 3 minutes for question session.
7. What should the participants bring?
Participants should bring a copy of their college ID card and presentation in a pen drive(preferable) .
8. In what format should the participants submit their papers?
IEEE format or IJSIET format. (Single Coloumn in word format is prefered)
9. Will all the all papers be published in International Journal?
Yes, All registered papers will be published in international journal for free. For Scopus indexed, Web Of Science, ANNA university Annexure 1, SCIE Journal additional fee is charged
10.Will paper published in Scopus Indexed Journal,ANNA university Annexure 1, SCIE Journal, Web Of Science?
Yes.
11. Criteria for publishing paper in Scopus Indexed Journal,ANNA university Annexure 1, SCIE Journal additional?
If the author is wants to publish his/her paper (manuscript) in Scopus Indexed journalScopus indexed,ANNA university Annexure 1, SCIE Journal additional, the Author has to Submit the paper in the format prescribed by the Journal. After submission of Paper (manuscript) if it satisfies the requirement of the Journal standards the acceptance will be notified and the author has to pay a fee for publication. In such case the author must register for the conference and then proceed for journal registration.
12. Criteria for publishing in Scopus Indexed Journal,ANNA university Annexure 1, SCIE Journal?
Research Paper should satisfy the Standards of journal.
13. Who are eligible for Cash award INR 20,000?
All registered participant are eligible for cash award.
14. Procedure for winning Cash award INR 20,000?
One Best Paper will be selected from each oral session, and one Excellent Paper will be selected from the Best papers. Cash Prize 20,000 INR will be awarded for Excellent paper .
